MEMECRAFT is a meme creation and publishing app. We collect and use data to operate the editor, save drafts, authenticate wallets, provide AI-assisted text generation, publish memes, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

• Wallet addresses, wallet connection state, signatures, nonce/session data, chain IDs, token balances, and public on-chain transaction details.
• Drafts, project data, meme titles, templates, layers, uploaded images or videos, exported meme images, thumbnails, public meme pages, likes, remixes, and publishing attempts.
• AI prompts, selected template and character context, current captions, and generated text returned by AI services.
• Device, browser, app interaction, analytics, performance, log, request ID, IP-derived, and rate-limit information.
• Support, privacy, data deletion, and content report communications you send to us.

• To provide the editor, templates, uploads, exports, private drafts, public galleries, likes, remixes, and publishing workflows.
• To authenticate wallet sessions and protect accounts, drafts, publishing attempts, and public content.
• To generate AI-assisted meme text and apply it to selected templates.
• To upload, pin, display, verify, and index meme images and NFT metadata.
• To detect abuse, enforce rate limits, debug failures, maintain security, and improve performance.
• To respond to support, legal, privacy, deletion, and content moderation requests.

When you publish or mint a meme, some data may become public, including wallet addresses, transaction hashes, token IDs, meme images, metadata, public meme pages, remix relationships, and social previews. Blockchain records and IPFS-hosted or pinned content may be difficult or impossible for MEMECRAFT to delete completely.

MEMECRAFT may use third-party providers for hosting, analytics, speed insights, databases, file storage, wallet connection, blockchain RPC access, AI text generation, IPFS pinning, social sharing, marketplaces, and swap links. These providers may process data according to their own policies.

MEMECRAFT may use cookies, local storage, and similar browser technologies for wallet sessions, draft state, editor preferences, recent characters, export logs, analytics, security, and app functionality.

We keep data as long as needed to provide MEMECRAFT, maintain published content, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and operate security or backup systems. Private drafts and related thumbnails may be deleted by the user or cleaned up by app maintenance processes.

• You can disconnect your wallet and sign out of MEMECRAFT.
• You can delete private drafts from the app.
• You can request account and data deletion through the Data Deletion page.
• You can report public content through the Support page.

MEMECRAFT is not intended for children. Do not use MEMECRAFT if you are not old enough to use the service under the laws that apply to you.

We may update this Privacy Policy as MEMECRAFT changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
