Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MEMECRAFT, including the meme editor, AI-assisted text tools, private drafts, public meme pages, remix features, wallet sign-in, and on-chain publishing features.

By using MEMECRAFT, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your location and must comply with all laws that apply to your use of MEMECRAFT. You are responsible for your wallet, device, credentials, and any activity submitted through your connected wallet.

MEMECRAFT uses wallet connection and Sign-In with Ethereum to identify your account. We do not custody your wallet, private keys, tokens, NFTs, or recovery phrases. Transactions are submitted through your wallet and blockchain network, not by MEMECRAFT on your behalf.

You are solely responsible for reviewing wallet prompts, transaction details, network fees, token approvals, mint prices, and recipient addresses before signing or submitting a transaction.

You are responsible for memes, text, images, videos, project files, titles, prompts, and other content you create, upload, save, publish, mint, remix, or share through MEMECRAFT.

• Do not upload or publish content you do not have rights to use.
• Do not publish illegal, hateful, harassing, exploitative, or threatening content.
• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent ownership, endorsement, or affiliation.
• Do not use MEMECRAFT to violate privacy, publicity, trademark, copyright, or other rights.

MEMECRAFT may use AI systems to help generate meme captions or text. AI output can be inaccurate, offensive, repetitive, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated text before saving, publishing, minting, or sharing it.

Publishing may mint a meme on Base and may require CHAD token approvals, token payments, network fees, and third-party wallet or swap services. Blockchain transactions are generally public, irreversible, and outside MEMECRAFT control once submitted.

MEMECRAFT does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Tokens, NFTs, and network fees can change in value or become unavailable. You are responsible for deciding whether to mint, purchase, hold, transfer, or approve any digital asset.

Published memes may appear in public galleries, public detail pages, metadata, previews, social sharing links, and blockchain or IPFS-based records. MEMECRAFT may remove or restrict app visibility for content that violates these terms, creates legal or safety risk, or harms the service.

Some on-chain or decentralized records may remain available outside MEMECRAFT even if app visibility is changed.

MEMECRAFT integrates with third-party services such as wallet providers, blockchain networks, RPC providers, analytics providers, Supabase, IPFS or pinning providers, OpenAI, marketplaces, social platforms, and swap interfaces. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

MEMECRAFT is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, compatibility with every wallet or device, continued availability of any template, asset, token, NFT, marketplace, blockchain, IPFS gateway, or third-party service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEMECRAFT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost tokens, failed transactions, market losses, or unavailable third-party services.
